Services

1:1 Training

This is the most personalized way to work together. We’ll focus entirely on what you need, with sessions designed around your goals and schedule, without the distractions of a big gym.

Sessions can be in person at my home gym or virtual if you prefer to use your own space and equipment.

Group Training

Group training offers structure and accountability in a small, supportive setting. Sessions are capped at up to 6 people in person or 12 virtually, so everyone still gets guidance and attention.

If you have a group of friends, neighbors, or teammates who want to train together, this is a great way to work toward your fitness goals while keeping things social.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid training is for people who want a clear plan but need flexibility. I’ll build out your monthly programming so you know exactly what to do.

From there, we can layer in live sessions (in person or virtual) or regular check-ins to make sure the plan is working and feels manageable. It’s a good fit if you want consistency, support, and autonomy.
